MENTORING PROGRAM

The Women in Fire Mentoring Program connects fire and emergency services professionals through impactful mentor–mentee relationships designed to support leadership growth, career development, and professional connection. With more than 80 mentors and mentees, the program continues to build a strong, supportive network across the fire service.

We are currently refreshing the Mentoring Program to enhance the participant experience and strengthen long-term sustainability. The updated program is expected to relaunch by **March 1st**, with applications opening for both new and returning participants.
