Purpose:

The State Representative Program will bring more awareness to the local levels within the fire and emergency services through more localized events, outreach, and marketing.

Goal:

To grow the organization at the state and local level.

Description:

Within each state, province, or other local region, some organizations exist to assist firefighters, fire officers, and emergency medical providers. These organizations have already built relationships with their members or constituents. As an organization, Women in Fire aims to create partnerships that can be beneficial to both organizations.

In addition to collaborating, the Representative would be asked to submit information regarding local trainings, seminars, or conferences that Women in Fire may be able to encourage local membership attendance.
