We are thrilled to invite you to join us as a sponsor for Women in Fire 2026!

Women in Fire is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education, support, and advocacy for women in the fire and emergency services. Our 2026 Conferences will welcome hundreds of attendees from around the world — including chiefs, line firefighters, researchers, and instructors — all committed to creating a stronger and safer fire service.

Throughout 2026, we’ll be hosting several exciting events designed to educate, connect, and inspire:

🔥 April – Women in Fire Summit at FDIC (Indianapolis)
This one-day event features a panel discussion followed by multiple breakout sessions. The day wraps up with an evening networking event hosted by one of our amazing sponsors — could that be you?

🔥 September – Biennial International Conference (Austin, TX)
Our signature event brings together leaders, innovators, and professionals from across the fire and emergency services. Hosted by the Austin Fire Department, the 2026 Conference includes two days of hands-on training and workshops, followed by two more days of classroom sessions. Evening events offer plenty of opportunities for connection, collaboration, and fun.

🔥 November – Science to the Station (Kansas City, MO)
This growing event bridges research and the fireground, with Women in Fire-led sessions, networking opportunities, and additional sponsor and exhibitor options.

As a sponsor of Women in Fire and our 2026 events, your organization will have the opportunity to:

Showcase your products and services to an engaged national audience

Connect directly with fire service professionals and decision-makers

Demonstrate your commitment to diversity, leadership, and excellence in the fire service

Attached is our sponsorship prospectus, outlining a range of opportunities — from exhibit booths to premier event sponsorships. We’d love to connect and find the best fit for your organization’s goals.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to support and celebrate the advancement of women in the fire service.
