Lucía Vilariño Fiore serves as Executive Director at Organización de Bomberos Americanos, an international cooperation institution that unites emergency services from Latin America and the Caribbean and represents 1.5M humanitarians from 13 countries. OBA’s mission is to build more resilient communities and facilitate effective prevention, preparation, and response when a disaster strikes. In her role, she coordinates the strategic planning and implementation of all the institution’s programs and activities, which have an annual impact on a population of +150.000 first responders.

Lucía holds over 12 years of experience leading international projects with remote and multicultural teams, 8 of which have been in organizations dedicated to social change (civil society institutions, non-profit organizations and NGOs).
