Chris Archibald - North East Region

Chris Archibald is the Fire Service Program Manager at Stedfast USA, a moisture barrier supplier for the fire service.

Chris had her first exposure to firefighting in the Navy, where all sailors must learn shipboard firefighting. Chris received her EMT license and became a paid call member at Gilford Fire and Rescue in Gilford, New Hampshire. She continued her training and became Pro Board-certified Firefighter level 1 and 2 with additional level 3 specialties: Ice Rescue Technician, Crew Boss for Wildland Fire Fighting, Heavy Rescue, and Rope Rescue.

Chris began her career with Henniker Fire Rescue in 2015 and eventually became the first full-time female Lieutenant at Henniker Fire Rescue in New Hampshire. Chris enjoys being a teacher and mentor to young firefighters and watching them grow in their careers. Chris retired from the fire service in 2020 and began working in the turnout gear industry. She sits on several NFPA committees and is committed to continued innovation and improvements for the fire service.

In addition, Chris also holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in business and another in organizational leadership, a master’s in healthcare administration, and a Doctorate in Law. Chris and her wife are the proud grandparents of four grandchildren and enjoy being outdoors fishing, off-roading, or any fun outdoor activities in their spare time.
