Candice McDonald works for NASA in the Office of Protective Services as a physical security specialist and contracting officer representative.
She proudly serves her community as a firefighter/EMT and public information officer with the Sebring Fire Department. She is also a firefighter/former EMS officer with the Winona Fire Department.
In December 2016, she will earn a doctorate in business administration with a specialty in homeland security. She holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership, a bachelor’s in business management, and associate’s in health and human services. She has earned numerous professional certifications/licensures, including in the areas of social work and drug and alcohol counseling.
She is an instructor at Stark State College, contributing author to numerous fire service publications, college textbooks, and has traveled the country for the past 15 years empowering individuals and organizations through her engaging presentations.
