The Assessment Center Process: An interactive workshop. What to expect and how to prepare to be successful

In this interactive presentation attendees will be given an overview of what to expect in an assessment center as well as what are the assessors looking for. Grading criteria will be discussed. Attendees will have the opportunity to practice typical exercises found in an assessment center: The emergency simulator (tactical), subordinate counseling (role play), and the in-basket. Attendees will leave the presentation with the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to be successful in their assessment center process.
